I have looked with longing at the ones sold in the gardening catalouges but I wasn't prepared to shell out 500+ dollars. My home made one is larger, has more shelves and was a fraction of the cost. Yeah! :-)

Hi M.M., thank you for sharing such kind thoughts - always nice to hear! An owl? Wow. Now that would be exciting. Yes, snow this time of year disappears quickly. We have had a few wet flurries this morning and the crocuses are closed up - in disgust no doubt! :-)

Hi A.L., I chuckled at your 'worn out' comment. I assembled all of my seeds and trays in front of the woodstove on Sunday night for my planting session. Sitting on the floor, hunched over the trays for a few hours made my back feel rather worn out as well! Thanks Teresa! Loved this post...found me feeling bad for the starling, annoyed at having to wash walls, intrigued by your 'grow' operation (and yes, my thoughts did immediately go to marijuana!), and amazed at your industriousness and cleverness. I am now worn out! Thanks for all the good colored pencil information.

Your bird story reminds me of when once we looked in our fireplace and there sat a young owl. It was quite exciting getting him out and back outside.

If wish our flowers were up. They are close, but the 8 inches of snow we got Sat. I hope didn't hurt them. Thankfully most of it is gone today.

Again, love your blogMarthann's Musingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14182575694896340864noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6260435224884335630.post-6145813151055819912010-03-22T22:44:35.281-04:002010-03-22T22:44:35.281-04:00Thank you for the erasing tip. While a lot of gardeners here push their luck a bit when May arrives, we are still about eight weeks away from our frost free status!

Yes, motivation isn't a bad thing and I agree we sure do have a lot of options. I also like the idea of using the money to buy more art supplies!! :-) Thanks for taking the time to comment Brenda.Teresa Mallenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17978596700598817430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6260435224884335630.post-85448531451443882712010-03-22T15:30:05.174-04:002010-03-22T15:30:05.174-04:00Thanks on the erasing tips. Makes me excited to think about gardening in the warm summer sun. Especially as I watch the last of our snow melt! I have some seeds I got from our Jack in the Pulpit plants that I wanted to try to grow. I better be getting at it.

A seminar to tell yourself what you want...aaah if only it was that easy. Maybe we are spoilt to have so many options (definitely blessed). All these seminars are selling is a 3 hour boost of self motivation to get off ones but and make a choice! Of course maybe that is not a bad thing either once in awhile, but personally I can use the money to buy more art supplies! ;-)Brendahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00141554132273386112noreply@blogger.com
