Spring's late in coming this year, so I came away with shots of rock formations at Ash Cave and its resident waterfall instead, and I asked the innkeeper to e-mail me when the trees start growing leaves so I can jump in the car at 4:30 a.m. the next day for a whirlwind daytrip back down there in search of the photos I missed the first time around. (It's roughly an eight-hour drive round trip.)<br /><br />Am also using this time to enter art shows, visit galleries and consignment shops, build a better artist statement ... along with taking computer training courses for technical writing and applying for jobs in technical writing.<br /><br />Wherever success happens first, I'll be happy to take it.
